1. Intellectual property


1.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by CCHAC and/or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event.

1.2. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of CCHAC.

 

2. Exceptions

2.1 Deceptive practices such as false discounts after price increases are prohibited.

2.2 Ensure that the coupon is understood by all store staff and verified correctly. 2.3 Ensure consumers' right to use Coupon normally during the coupon validity period.

2.4 Coupons cannot be reproduced or reused.

2.5 The organizer and co-organizer will be exempted from any dispute.

2.6 Merchants authorize organizers and co-organizers to use in-store consumer data for promotion.
